Looking for a student group that specializes in improv??? Look no further! The Notorious UIG is the University of Alberta's ONLY improvisational theatre group! We meet every Monday & Thursday from 5:30 - 7:00 PM in the Education Building (ED N2-103 A.K.A KIVA)! We provide workshops,jams, shows and are able to be hired for gigs!
Workshops are every Monday at 5:30 - 7:00 PM, provided by our excellent workshop instructors and other professionals we bring in each week! Come on down to work on your improv skills! Jams are at the same time every Thursday to throw-down the skills we’ve learned. Join us for some fun improvisational games and activities! Check out the CALENDAR for the whole semester. After the first month we require a $25 membership fee, but it lasts you the whole dang year and gives you full access to all of our workshops, jams, social events, and more!
